Process for Service callout

Step -1

On Slack under “Service-callout “ group A new section has been added “Notion -Jobs” which mentions the job that is Available for you

Step -2

Click the site name which gives you the details on the site which has the issue

Step -3

Once the issue has been fixed please scroll through the job on notion and Click the Ticket form link

Step -4

On the Ticket form Click – Issue Fixed  ( You might see the details already filled in on the top leave it as it is)

Step-5

Fill in the other relevant details on the form and click Submit
